Earn £'s and treat yourself or a loved one with the forever beaux loyalty reward points scheme.

Each 1 loyalty point is equivelant to £0.05p (5p)
For example;  50 points = £2.50
                        100 points = £5
                        200 points = £10

Can I use more than one discount code?

From time to time, we may issue more than one discount code which are made available for our customers to use. These will generally suit different purposes. Unfortunately you may only redeem one voucher code during a single transaction. We recommend you use the voucher code that is best suited to your purchase. 
 

Do you offer a gift wrapping service?

Currently at this moment in time we unfortunately don’t offer a gift wrapping service. This is a service that we are currently considering to offer within the near future.
 

The item I want from your website is ‘out of stock’, will you be getting more stock?

Yes, if the item is being displayed as ‘Out of Stock’ we will be getting more in stock soon. Please feel free to contact our Customer CareTeam if you require further information on stock arrival dates for particular items. Alternatively you can use the 'Email Me When Back In Stock' function which is positioned on the product page and only visible when an item is out of stock. This function appears inbetween the add to basket button and social buttons. Please see the image below of how the function looks when visible.

Don’t worry but please contact our Customer Care Team as soon as possible so they are able to amend your details before your order is dispatched. Who delivers my order?

All orders with forever beaux are delivered to your doorstep by our trusted logistics partner, Royal Mail.
 

When will my order be dispatched?

All orders are dispatched the very same day when placed before 4pm Monday – Friday. 
 

Where do you ship to?

We currently only ship to the UK.
 

Do you deliver to BFPO addresses?

Yes we do. We are very proud at Forever Beaux to say yes we do ship to BFPO addresses.

Do I have to sign for my delivery?

If you have selected the Special Delivery option then yes, this will need to be signed for.

All orders over £74.99 are automatically sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery free of charge and will need to be signed for.

Orders that are delivered using the Standard and Priority delivery options do not need to be signed for.

Can I track my order?

This service is only available if your order is dispatched via the Royal Mail Special Delivery service. This option is available at an extra charge at the checkout. Please note that all orders over £74.99 are automatically sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery free of charge. If your order has been dispatched using the Royal Mail Special Delivery service, you will receive an email from us to let you know your order has been dispatched and will contain your tracking number and a link to the Royal Mail webpage where you can use your tracking code to track your order.

Can you deliver my order to a different delivery address other than my billing address?

Yes, this option is available at the checkout.
 

What happens if I am not in when my order is delivered?

The Royal Mail delivery person will post a card through your letter box explaining where your package is and how to collect it. This can sometimes be with a neighbour or at your local Royal Mail Delivery Office.
